Learn where the name Rendy comes from and who he was as child that grew up in New Orleans. He started sweeping floors for the Messina Brothers at age 13 and after college became their National Director of Concerts. Being Rendy is a man of faith he received his degree in religious education, and he explains if this was his original career path.

He tells us who was the first artist he represented and the pros and cons of managing artists.
